This Rate Plan is offered by TELUS to Customer for its customary business use only and is subject to subsection 8 of Section B, including TELUS’ Acceptable Use Policy. Any consumption of data over 20GB per month by a Customer User may be brought to the attention of Customer, who agrees to address these situations in a diligent manner. Should the Customer not remedy the situation within 30 days of TELUS’ notice, TELUS may restrict or suspend services on such Customer Device and/or increase the monthly rate for such rate plan.
Customer Devices subscribed to this Rate Plan are eligible for the TELUS Easy Payment Program, refer to subsection 1.3 of Section D for terms of service.

Easy Roam allows Customer User to use their Easy Share Rate Plan when travelling in one of the eligible destinations. The Customer User can access the voice minutes, text messages and data included in their Easy Share Rate Plan.
*Easy Roam is only available in certain eligible destinations, see eligible destinations below. Such eligible destinations may be subject to change at any time. Cruises are not covered with Easy Roam. Eligible Destinations

Calls made from U.S. to international destinations are rated as roaming pay per use. Calls made from international to other international destinations or the U.S. will be rated as roaming pay per use.
The 24 Hour Rate is charged when the Customer User first uses their device in the visiting eligible destination to make/receive a call/send a text/use data. The 24-hour clock time stamp starts at the initial event (call, text or data) regardless of time zone. The 24 Hour Rate is only charged on days when a Customer User uses the device in the eligible destination. The Easy Roam 24 Hour Rates are in effect as of the Effective Date and are subject to change without notice based on the TELUS’ standard rates in effect at the time of use.
Easy Roam Add-On is only available as an add-on to Corporate Easy Share rate plans and cannot be combined with any other rate plan or add-on. For individual use only (non-shareable).
